COMMITTEE MEETINGS
The Main Street Office is located behind the Santa Rosa County Courthouse on South Willing Street. All committee meetings are free and open to the public to participate. Board Meetings - Ryan Arvay, President Second Monday Each Month @ 5:30pm  All committee and program manager reports given to the board and any approval items presented. Since downtown is frequently under Revitalization, this is the perfect opportunity to visit a new business or to see what's new at an existing business. Meetings are planned three months in advance. Design - Second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 pm July 14, 2010 - Liberty Cafe, Willing Street, Milton, FL Vernon Compton, Chairperson: Prepares for future growth and design of the downtown footprint. Topics include Future Courthouse Concepts and Highway 90 improvements. Organization -  Second Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm July 15, 2010 - Liberty Cafe, Willing Street, Milton, FL Nathan Woosley , Chairperson: General overview of all administrative items for the organization, as well as current and upcoming projects, volunteer recognition. Promotions Committee - Second Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm July 15, 2010 - Liberty Cafe, Willing Street, Milton, FL Connie Clark, Chairperson: Discussions and planning of past and future events (Mardi Gras Parade, Scratch Ankle Festival, First Fridays, Summer Concerts, Haunted House)     Economic Restructuring - Second Tuesday of each month. 8:00 am July 12, 2010 - Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce meeting room 5247 Stewart Street, Milton (no meeting in May) Mack Thetford, Chairperson: Currently developing an integrated web page with SRC Chamber of Commerce and The City of Milton to promote available commercial properties and developing an understanding of the requirements to establish a Bed and Breakfast within the Milton City Limits.
